Leasing
- What are the requirements to apply for an apartment at The Remington?
- Applicants must have a monthly income at least 3 times the rent, no past evictions or broken leases, provide 3 months of pay stubs, and present a valid ID. An application fee applies; contact the leasing office for current rates.
