Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the righ community can be incredibly rewarding. The Remington Apartments knows your four-footed companions are happiest right by your side and that's why we allow up to two pets per household.
Remington has plenty of green space including a convenient off-leash dog park. Our community is also purr-fectly located next to the Long Branch Park and only minutes from the brand new Mickey's Dog Park.
Here at Remington, our community loves pets, nonetheless we ask that our furry friends are kept on a leash at all times when not at the dog park. We take pride in our property and are delighted to know our residents clean up after their pets. We encourage all pet owners to carry a supply of bags and use the provided stations to dispose of waste.
Pets - Max 2 allowed, Max weight 80 lb each, $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, Non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 for second pet. The pet rent is $20.00 ea.

Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American/English); Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; Chow; German Shepard; Mastiff (Bull or Cane Corso); Malamute; Husky; Presa Canario; American Bull Dog; Great Dane; Akita; Wolf Hybrid and any hybrids, combinations or mixes of the above.
